Components are mounted in the vehicle. Flow meter, liquid sensor and foam pump(s) could either be connected direktly to CAN Bus of vehicle after programming or to a separate PLC.

There are also mobile positive pressure proportioners available. This solution avoides costs for fixed mounting and changings of the vehicle.
