Personal data and affected persons

Personal data are all information which allows it to individually identify you. The described references for data protection affects all visitors of our website – in the following named as “Visitor” or “affected person”.  

Purpose of the data processing

•    Provision of the website with all its content and functions
•    Dialogue with visitors, answering incoming emails and contact requests
•    Coverage measurement for ongoing control and optimization of the website performance
•    Actions for safety and availability of our website

Duration of storing personal information

The duration of storing personal related data is measured by the respective legal retention period (such as commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, if they are no longer required for contract fulfillment or initiation and / or on our part no legitimate interest in the re-storage persists.

Utilization period logfiles

For statistical purposes, data about each access to our website is stored. This so called logfiles contain the following data:

•    Page from which the file was requested
•    Name of the file
•    Date and time of access
•    Transmitted volume of data
•    Access status (file transmitted, file not found)
•    Type of used web browser
•    Type of used operating system
•    IP address of the requesting computer, this is done anonymously

The processing is carried out in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The stored data will be deleted after 3 months. A transfer or other use of the data does not take place. However, we reserve the right to check the logfiles retrospectively, should concrete indications point to an unlawful use.

Contacting, E-Mails

Through our website, you have the possibility to send us e-mails. By doing so, we assume that you agree that we will process you data. We must “process” because you rightly expect that you will receive an answer to your e-mail. The data is stored and used only for the purpose of answering your request, or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with art. 6. para. 1. lit f GDPR. If your contract is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is art. 6. para. 1. lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified and no conflict with a legal retention period exists.

If you provide us with information by e-mail, the security of the transmission depends on the configuration of your e-mail address. Your data might be transmitted without encryption and could be viewed by third parties during the transmission. Therefore we recommend a personal conversation or the good old post for the transmission of confidential information.

Collaboration with contract processors

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties without authorization. For the operation of our website, we receive support from other service providers in accordance with art. 28 GDPR. They may be commissioned on the basis of a processing contract.

Are data based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. f raised ( data processing for the protection of legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons that arise from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data.

Art. 77 GDPR: Right to lodge a complaint
